A’kin: Antioxidant Day & Night Cream

I have seen this brand around quite often but this is the first time I actually using it. They came in two sample satchets and can be used for 2-3 applications.

Both the day and night cream has a fantastic green tea scent and very cooling when applied to the face. The cream are thick but readily absorbs on the skin. I’m more in favour of the night cream as it absorbs better. I find that the day cream is a bit thicker and takes longer to smooth out.

I received this sample in tge beauty bag promotion. I really like thr miniature collection. It looks pretty cute.

I have vaguely seen this brand around but never took the step in trying it out. More honestly like never bother researching about it. And it turns out pretty good to use.

The liquid is clear and easily to put on your damp hair as compare to some others I have used before. It has a pleasant scent. I have only used it a few times so I can’t 100% saying that it works wonder but so far I’m liking it. My hair feels soft and smooth and appears to be less falling down.

Definitely will buy again in full size bottle to see if it help with my hair loss problems.

Benton: Papaya-D Sun Cream

This is my first Benton sample that I have used. I really like how the Korean sellers included different samples for you to try.

This sun cream is thick in texture and took longer to absorb as compare to other sunscreens that I have used. The upside for this cream is it has a whitening effect. Your face looks brighter and more rosy.

In saying so, this sun cream is not my cup of tea.

So far this is the best essence that i have used. It has a gel texture much thicker than the other essences. Almost like a serum, very smooth and easily absorbs. There is a lovely light fragrance.

I have only tried the sample once so i cannot comment much on its effectiveness but I’m already in love with it.

L’Occitane: Immortelle Divine Youth Oil

I generally don’t like using face oil. I find them a bit too oily for my face. When I received this as a sample sachet and it said that you can add a few drops to the moisturiser I found it is a great idea.

It made the cream more smooth when applied but also mask out the oiliness. The face looks smooth and feels supple.

It would be a nice addition if the price is not too dear.

The Korean has very strange brand names. I don’t know how farmers are related to skincare in this sense, maybe a long time ago skincare are home made by farmers themselves.

I received these samples with purchase and have tried it out.

The serum is very much like toner/essence and absorbs very well. The light gel cream is like some serum I have used, also absorbs very well, it also has a cooling effect on the skin, would be nice on hot summer days. The deep cream is a thick and non-greasy. Overall, it is a good set to use. Out of the 3, I would rate the gel cream as the best because of its coolness. The serum and deep cream are just normal.

I received this as a promotional free gift in a sample size when I bought some products from Lancome and it was so nice that I decided to buy the full size. I was amazed that the full size is so huge for the price that is quite affordable.

Lancome has always been my favourite brand, both for cosmetic and skincare, although I like to venture around with other products but Lancome is still my number 1.

This essence is thick liquidy with a soft fragrance. Once applied to your face it feels smooth and supple. No faults at all. I have been looking for it in Australia but at no avail, so I have to order from the UK.
